We are greatly pleased to announce that Nauta SA has acquired 100% of the shares of Bonatrans AG from Mr Marino Ballo, Managing Director and owner of Bonatrans AG.

The business activities as well as the expertise of both organizations do complement each other, much to the advantage of long-standing customers and business partners alike.

Mr Marino Ballo will continue in supporting the management in both Pfungen and Basel, with the employees of Bonatrans AG retaining their positions. The management of the location in Pfungen will remain in Mr Markus Hochreutener’s hands, and Mr Peter Müller will continue to look after the Basel branch.

As far as the daily business is concerned, this transaction will thus have no immediate effect on the contacts which customers and business partners in Switzerland, in Europe and worldwide are currently used to.
